Meet the Team Behind DSC

Lyndal Kreidler
President

Over 25 years in the staffing industry, with leadership roles at international firms ranging from $12M to $60M in revenue. Before DSC, Lyndal worked as director of operations, regional manager, and technical recruiter — building a deep understanding of what makes recruiting work (and what makes it fail). She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Jesse Kreidler
Vice President of Business Development

Over 29 years in staffing, including VP of Sales and branch leadership roles, managing $4M–$10M P&Ls at international staffing firms. Jesse also served 8 years in the Air National Guard (U.S. Air Force), which shows in how he runs DSC — disciplined, accountable, and relationship-driven. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
